ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

This is a remote position with occasional on-site meetings in the Raleigh area.

The ideal candidate will reside in North Carolina, preferably within commuting distance to Raleigh.

Candidate must be able to attend an in-person interview and come in to pick up and drop off equipment at own expense.

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3 years of proven experience required in web applications, networks, protocols, email, ITIL methodologies, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases, web technologies, time-management, complex end-user requirements, quality service, and LDAP directories.

The successful candidate will possess impeccable time-management skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong personal commitment to quality service.

Working independently and as part of a team are essential skills required for this position.

A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn are also highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement ServiceNow solutions
• Develop and maintain web applications
• Configure and troubleshoot networks and protocols
• Manage email systems
• Adhere to ITIL v3 methodologies
• Design and implement enterprise IT architecture
• Work with relational databases
• Stay up-to-date with web technologies
• Manage complex projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Maintain high-quality service standards
• Ensure compliance with LDAP directory requirements

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
• Proven experience in web applications, networks, protocols, email, ITIL methodologies, enterprise IT architecture, relational databases, web technologies, time-management, complex end-user requirements, quality service, and LDAP directories
• Impeccable time-management and record-keeping skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
