Core Responsibilities

• Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform based on business needs.
• Develop custom applications and workflows.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow modules.
• Define and oversee ServiceNow architecture and design.
• Lead integration efforts with systems like Active Directory, OKTA, MFA.
• Guide development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Conduct workshops, stakeholder meetings, and design authority reviews.
• Manage upgrade cycles and performance optimization.

Essential Skills:

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HRSD, SecOps).
• Experience with enterprise architecture and cloud technologies.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and integration technologies.

Recommended Certifications:

• Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
• Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
