In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping clients’ key operations and business solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support and analyzing infrastructure projects and production environments
- Developing recommendations for upgrades and improvements
- Monitoring, planning, and measuring the impacts of new products and services
- Coding, testing, and debugging applications and programs
- Participating in system application design, utilizing analytical techniques
- Creating program specifications and detailed design documents, and assisting in testing, training, and operations preparation
This role requires in-office work from Monday to Thursday.
Required certifications include:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
