• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture (tables, scripts, workflows, ACLs)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
• Scripting & Development
• Advanced JavaScript skills for scripting in ServiceNow
• Proficiency in Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAjax)
• Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflow Scripts
• Configuration & Administration
• Expert-level configuration of Workflows, Flow Designer, and Automation Rules
• Setup and management of Forms, Fields, and UI Actions
• Access Control Rules (ACLs) administration
• ITSM & ITIL Knowledge
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices (especially Incident, Change, Problem, and Asset Management)
• Integration & Automation
• Integration Hub for complex integrations
• Orchestration for automating complex IT tasks
• Performance & Troubleshooting
• Advanced debugging tools like Script Debugger and System Logs
• Optimization of script and query performance
• Security & Compliance
• Role-based Access Control (RBAC)
• Reporting & Analytics
• Creation of Dashboards, Reports, and Performance Analytics
