We seek a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our organization. As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for implementing CMDB/SAM/HAM solution design using industry best practices.

• Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements accurately.
• Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including new or modified applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and configurations required to support client processes efficiently.
• Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead.
• Develop JavaScript server/client code effectively.
• Provide advanced technical support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
