Job Opportunity: Certified ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking a skilled Certified ServiceNow Developer to join our team at techdigital-group. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including incident and case management modules, as well as experience with JavaScript development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to incident and case management requirements using the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and workflows within the ServiceNow environment.
- Develop and customize JavaScript code within the ServiceNow platform to extend its capabilities and meet business needs.
- Configure and optimize incident and case management modules within ServiceNow, ensuring efficient workflow automation and seamless integration with other modules.
- Leverage expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer to create and optimize process flows for incident and case resolution.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to ServiceNow incidents and cases, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in ServiceNow development and incident/case management, applying knowledge to enhance existing processes and workflows.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience (7 years) working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on incident and case management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and demonstrated ability to develop custom scripts and applications within ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of incident and case management processes, including best practices for optimization and automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and other workflow automation tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
