ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Nashville. In this long-term contract role, you will leverage your technical expertise to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.
• Utilize JavaScript, Glide, and client/server-side scripting to enhance platform functionality.
• Manage platform administration tasks, including user roles, instance upgrades, and module configuration.
• Implement and maintain system integrations using APIs to ensure seamless data exchange between platforms.
• Create and manage service catalogs and request workflows for an intuitive user experience.
• Automate business processes using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow tools.
• Develop dashboards and performance analytics reports to deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with organizational processes and objectives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while adhering to best practices.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow features and enhancements to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow scripting (client and server-side).
• Experience in building and configuring ServiceNow applications, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Familiarity with API development and integration of external systems with ServiceNow.
• Expertise in platform administration, including upgrades and user role management.
• Knowledge of Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and other ServiceNow automation tools.
• Ability to develop dashboards and generate performance analytics reports.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with technical and business teams.
