Servicenow Grc Developer Lead Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Servicenow Grc Developer to lead the implementation of our new Third Party Risk Management Solution. Candidate Qualifications

• Deep Expertise in Servicenow Grc/tprm:
• Proven experience implementing and customizing Servicenow's third party risk management solution, specifically within the governance, risk, and compliance suite.
• Core Tprm Configuration:
• Strong ability to implement and configure core tprm functionalities, including: inherent risk questionnaires (irq), due diligence questionnaires (ddq), risk assessment methodologies, risk score calculations.
• Advanced Workflow & Automation:
• Demonstrated experience developing complex business rules, client scripts, and workflow logic to drive risk management processes, including the assignment of due diligence questionnaires and approvals.
• Integration Savvy:
• Practical experience using and developing with servicenow's integration hub and spokes, and flow designer for orchestrating events and data exchange.
• Reporting & Portal Acumen:
• Proficiency in developing platform analytics (reporting) for grc/tprm, translating business needs into actionable dashboards and metrics.
• Service Level (sla) Configuration:
• Ability to configure and manage service level agreements (slas) relevant to tprm processes.
• Independent Problem-Solver:
• Proven ability to work independently, interpret user stories and technical specifications, and proactively identify and propose solutions for implementation challenges.
