I’m partnering with one of the UK’s most respected and fastest-growing ServiceNow Partners as they embark on an exciting new chapter: their expansion into the US.
This is not a standard leadership role—it’s a chance to take complete ownership of building and leading the company’s US operations from the ground up. You’ll be the figurehead for their brand in the States, shaping strategy, building a high-performing team, and delivering for enterprise clients, all while working closely with a highly supportive UK leadership team that has a proven formula for success.
The Opportunity
In this position, you will:
- Lead the US go-to-market strategy and drive business growth.
- Build and scale a top-tier ServiceNow delivery and consulting team.
- Own P&L and be accountable for revenue and margin growth.
- Form strategic relationships with ServiceNow US teams and key clients.
- Oversee the successful delivery of all US-based ServiceNow projects.
- Represent the business at industry events, positioning it as a leading partner in the ecosystem.
What They’re Looking For
- Significant leadership experience in a ServiceNow Partner or consultancy.
- Proven track record in building and growing ServiceNow business units or new geographies.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience owning P&L.
- Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, ecosystem, and delivery.
Desirable extras include prior experience launching operations in a new territory, an established US ServiceNow network, and relevant certifications (CIS, CTA, etc.).
