ServiceNow Technical Platform Architect Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Platform Architect to lead our organization's technical platform architecture initiatives. As a forward-thinking technology company, we strive to design and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive business value.

The ideal candidate will possess 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.

Key responsibilities include leading ServiceNow solution architecture across complex implementations, conducting and facilitating technical workshops, developing technical design documents and implementation roadmaps, collaborating with enterprise stakeholders, and mentoring and upskilling developers and architects on ServiceNow modeling, architecture, and best practices.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules, as well as a deep understanding of relevant enterprise processes and certifications such as Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD).

Our organization offers a competitive compensation package, including base salary pay range $122,000-$225,000 for Principal level, $140,000-$258,000 for Sr. Principal level, and $161,000-$281,000 for Director level, plus an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
