ServiceNow Consultant - Developer - New Brunswick

Job Description As a Developer for ServiceNow engagements at Slalom, you will propose, architect, and lead the delivery of ServiceNow solutions based on clients' requirements. You'll work with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic and repeatable designs, engage in process mapping, functional design, and analysis workshops, and ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices. Critical thinking and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization are essential.

• *Requirements and Qualifications**
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform
• Experience with platform upgrades, patches, custom applications, mobile platform, and virtual agents
• Ability to configure discovery and service mapping to identify infrastructure components
• Strong knowledge of Service Portal and AngularJS
• Experience in implementing ServiceNow product suites (e.g., HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, etc.)
• Advanced skills in JavaScript, Angular JS, PowerShell, MySQL, and web services
• Proficient in network infrastructure, cloud components, and IAM constructs
• Demonstrated experience with Agile development
• Education/Certifications:
• BA/BS in IT, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent experience
• Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer, ITIL or IT4IT certification
• *Pay and Benefits** The salary for the Senior Consultant role ranges from $110,000 to $203,000, potentially including an annual discretionary bonus.
