• Configure and troubleshoot SSO protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.">
• Integrate ServiceNow with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity management systems.">
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for SSO integrations.">
• Automate business processes using ServiceNow Orchestration and Workflow.">
• Implement BPM solutions to streamline service management processes.">
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SSO experiences.">
• Ensure compliance with security and authentication standards."> ">

Requirements: ">

• ">
• 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow SSO integration, automation, and BPM.">
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles.">
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other SSO protocols.">
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts).">
• Experience with automation tools (ServiceNow Orchestration, Workflow).">
• Knowledge of BPM principles and methodologies.">
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills."> ">
