Job Description
As a ServiceNow Business Transformation Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving business process transformation and automation using the ServiceNow platform. Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design strategic ServiceNow-based solutions.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow platform owner to gather and analyze requirements, mapping them to ServiceNow components and providing feasibility assessments.
- Develop high-level designs outlining the overall scope and architecture of proposed solutions, and low-level designs detailing functional and technical components for implementation teams.
- Provide ongoing support to implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Define the ServiceNow roadmap for customers, advising on upcoming platform modules and features, and assessing how these can be effectively leveraged within existing environments.
- Provide effort estimates for new projects, enabling timely allocation of resources. Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required, with one or more additional certifications such as CIS (ITSM, HR, CSM), CAD, or CTA preferred. Benefits:
