ServiceNow Solutions Engineer Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer to join our team on a 20-month Remote contract engagement. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform to deliver solutions.
• Maintain CMDB, Asset Management, and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories.
• Configure and implement Service Graph Connectors.
• Implement ACLs, ATFs, and Performance Analytics.
• Be a Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules, including platform architecture, table structure, and core functionalities.
• Implement Integrated Risk Management with a focus on Policy Compliance Management, Risk, and Audit Management.
• Implement HAM and SAM.
• Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs and SOAP.
• Perform Platform upgrades and clones.
