Job Title: ServiceNow Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC on a hybrid work schedule.

• Work onsite 3 days a week in the office (Hybrid work model).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions using system development life cycle methodologies.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

Essential Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience with system development life cycle processes.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow application development experience, including workflows, integrations, and platform technologies.
• 3+ years of JavaScript development experience.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Desirable Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with risk management applications or ServiceNow GRC.
• 1+ years of experience with Node.js.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
