ServiceNow Developer and Technical Lead

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team as a technical lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with experience in workflow automation, client scripting, and data visualization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom workflows and business rules to improve system efficiency and usability.
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders on best practices for ServiceNow implementation and development.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve overall system performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Working knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Experience with UI Builder, App Engine Studio, or other solution to deliver custom UX/UI portal pages/interface/web experiences.
• Strong understanding of database administration and data visualization techniques.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, plus 6 years of experience, or Master's degree in a related field, plus 4 years of experience.
