The Associate Customer Success Manager is the primary point of contact for Impact features and benefits, driving customer interactions and ensuring timely delivery of Impact packages.
- Oversee a diverse customer portfolio, executing structured deliverables and ensuring onboarding completion via CS Guide team.
- Drive recommendations and next steps based on customer goals across ServiceNow's success offering.
- Evaluate customer maturity level and address blockers to adoption, providing recommendations to improve adoption and business value.
To be successful in this role:
- Experience in leveraging AI into work processes or decision-making.
- 3+ Years of related work experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Admin, or SaaS.
- Ability to drive effective conversations with stakeholders and leadership levels.
