We're looking for someone who is able to create, pivot, recreate, and smile along the way. As a Senior Business Program Advisor, you will be a subject matter expert on Early in Career programs and partner with the business to help them build, refine, and succeed in early career programs.

Here's what you get to do in this role:

• Partner with business POCs on program-related activities such as brand new business builds through continual feedback and iterations.
• Become a program advisor for the business, helping them determine the best course of action to meet their needs.
• Partner with multiple departments to achieve consistency and partnership across all programs.
• Proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders to maintain aligned decision making and build trusted partnerships.
• Develop and execute on continuous feedback loops and agreed-upon standards.
• Co-create standards for business implementation of development programs (ex. rotation programs).
• Support the broader Early in Career team in by owning programs and projects such as defining policies, operating models, and more.

To be successful, we need someone who has:

• 6+ years of programs/development experience focused on partnering deeply with the business (early in career preferred).
• 2+ years of project/program management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in delivering executive-level presentations.
• Experience in taking analytics and deriving insights.
• Ability to consult, influence, and manage business expectations.
• Advise on a wide range of programming methods (examples include utilizing market intelligence, virtual & in-person programming, internships, full-time programs, apprenticeships, etc.).
• Experience leading/participating in early in career projects and programs.
• Proven abilities to create a strategy and develop a diverse pipeline.
• Self-driven and highly motivated, with a true sense of ownership from start to finish.
• An active and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• An interest in working in a cross-functional and fluid environment, with the ability to learn quickly.
• A passion for building teams and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
