About the Role ">
This is a highly technical leadership position that requires expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive ServiceNow solutions. As a lead architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of these solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and ServiceNow best practices. ">
Key Responsibilities "> ">
- Lead ServiceNow solution architecture across complex implementations.">
- Conduct technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.">
- Develop technical design documents and implementation roadmaps based on client needs.">
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.">
- Architect solutions across multiple modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and others.">
- Participate in pre-sales activities including RFIs, RFPs, and early-stage solutioning.">
- Guide delivery teams across development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live phases.">
- Mentor and upskill developers and architects on ServiceNow modeling, architecture, and best practices.">
- Maintain awareness of ServiceNow roadmap and emerging capabilities to guide client innovation.">
- Participate in knowledge-sharing and the creation of reusable frameworks and delivery assets."> ">
Requirements ">
To succeed in this role, you will need: "> ">
- 7+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.">
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, etc).">
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.">
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred.">
- Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite across both technical and non-technical audiences.">
- Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.">
- Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.">
- Experience working as a consultant at a consulting firm.">
- High attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines while setting and maintaining clear client expectations.">

Compensation ">
The base salary pay range for this position is $122,000-$225,000, depending on qualifications and experience. ">
