As a Business Analyst specializing in Sirius Managed Services using ServiceNow, you will play a crucial role in guiding and consulting on client-facing solutions. This is a technical position that entails the structuring and implementation of solutions with a focus on delivering high-quality technical requirements to clients on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Pre-Sales team in scoping service engagements that involve multiple ServiceNow products and complex integrations.
- Act as the primary technical contact for projects and represent the development team to the customer.
- Define technical solutions at an architectural level aligned with client business needs and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions while clearly communicating with clients.
- Create and estimate user stories, oversee developer tasks, and ensure quality and timely delivery of development work, occasionally contributing to coding tasks directly.
- Conduct Sprint demos and deliver development artifacts, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities as required by clients.
- Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to monitor scope and resolve technical issues along the critical path.
- Mentor Developers and Technical Consultants on technical design standards and best practices.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow platform knowledge through various resources including webinars and trainings.
- Research technology partners and vendor solutions as required for client integrations.
- Contribute to the improvement of Delivery Services processes and the maturing of service offerings based on client needs.
- Provide mentorship to team members.
- Accurately record time and keep your calendar updated with scheduled activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 1.5+ years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), current or within 6 months of hire.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM), current or within 6 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform or 5+ years in the industry.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- ITIL Foundations Certification.
Position Requirements:
- Proven experience in consulting and leading ITSM solutions development in client environments.
- ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations across all product lines.
- Knowledge of ITIL, with a minimum foundation level, ideally at a higher level.
- Experience in key integration technologies related to ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficient scripting skills in the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology for system implementation.
This position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
