Senior QA Lead ? ServiceNow/Release Management (Contract-to-Hire)

Locations:

Pittsburgh, PA/ Cleveland, OH/ Birmingham, AL/ Dallas, TX/ Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities:

• Lead QA efforts, test management, and reporting.
• Daily standups, backlog integrations, and writing user stories with BSAs.
• Pilot proof-of-concepts and implement results using tooling.
• Build automation with ServiceNow ATF (tests written alongside code).
• Support move away from manual testing.
• Mentor and guide QA analysts.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC/PMLC. Must-Have Technical Skills:
