About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a team of experienced professionals who help clients maximize the impact of their ServiceNow investments and unlock value potential from their expansion of ServiceNow's adoption.
The ideal candidate will have a high degree of business proficiency, professional maturity, and poise, with critical thinking and working in unfamiliar sectors. They should be able to work with clients using a future-focused mindset to understand their long-term enterprise goals and design a roadmap for achieving those objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their enterprise goals and develop strategies for achieving them using ServiceNow.
- Participate in and/or lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with top enterprise and public sector customers.
- Design business and technical architectures for how ServiceNow can help meet client enterprise goals.
- Lead and ensure quality delivery of ServiceNow technical solutions to meet customer requirements using best practices and standards.
- Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc.
- Respond to Request for Information/Proposals (RFIs/RFPs).
Requirements
- Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration with CSM or ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
- Experience delivering complex ServiceNow CSM or ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) implementations, with multiple stakeholders, recommending and implementing solutions for exceptional outcomes.
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
- 3+ years of experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization, building and designing solutions that have been delivered to the marketplace.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process, and data modeling skills.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate with all levels of our organization.

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position at the Principal level, the base salary pay range is $122,000-$225,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
