ServiceNow Configuration Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Configuration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and data integrity of our CMDB within the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and refine our configuration items and their associated attributes to ensure they meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Nelnet's business processes and requirements to inform recommendations for automation.
• Implement and support CMDB health checks, audits, and reporting as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements and changes in the ServiceNow platform to identify opportunities for process improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM/Discovery certification is highly desirable. Benefits Package:
