THIS ROLE CAN BE 100% REMOTELY BASED

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define, guide, and support the execution of ServiceNow technical governance.
  • Develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture.
  • Support design and implementation of a platform operating model.
  • Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
  • Offers guidance on prototyping and accelerating time from design to deployment.
  • Work closely with Business to manage processes end-to-end.
  • Advises on configuration and coding standards.
  • Conduct technical analysis on the ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Perform ServiceNow configuration and development compliant with best practices.
  • Create and manage ServiceNow documentation.
  • Work with platform Admins to resolve issues.
  • Create or manage ServiceNow reports and dashboards.

Education Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge in the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Cloud application technology experience.
  • Enterprise architecture experience.
  • Large program experience leading architecture and architecture design.
  • 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow architecture, Implementation, development, and administration.
  • Knowledge and experience with ITSM, ITBM, ITOM and HRSD.
  • Knowledge and experience with SOAP, WSDL, REST, JavaScript, XML, HTML, PowerShell, AngularJS, LDAP, MS AD.
  • Familiar with Performance Analytics and external reporting tools (i.e., Power BI).
  • Must be technically able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated skills in data management and solving problems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles.
  • Combined features of Team Player and ability to work independently in unstructured environment.
  • Must be a self-starter and keen to explore new solutions.
  • Highly motivated to work on large and complex systems.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • ITIL v3/v4 certification.
  • ServiceNow system Administration/Development/Implementation/Architecture Certifications.
