ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the implementation and industry best practices of our ServiceNow platform. This role requires a breadth of knowledge and experience in client delivery, business process best practices, and functional design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to define requirements, deliverables, and set expectations
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging ServiceNow platforms and products
• Lead functional and business design sessions; architect and document business process flows
• Identify gaps between current and desired end state
• Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate benefits and risks
• Design and manage test plans to ensure quality solution delivery
• Follow new ServiceNow product releases and technical capabilities
• Participate in sales efforts to determine design, feasibility, and estimations
• Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking, and client presentations
• Coach and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• 8+ years of service management industry experience, majority with ServiceNow
• Expertise in one or multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, SPM, etc.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow functional development and configuration
• Understanding of system architecture and ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions
• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and map to ServiceNow out-of-the-box functionality
• Excellent writing and oral communications skills
• Active ServiceNow certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
