ServiceNow IT Service Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow specialist with business acumen and technical expertise to support the development and implementation of strategic business partner initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely project outcomes, contributing to various activities across the portfolio, and working closely with Engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.

  • Responsible for on-time delivery of projects, from requirements analysis to design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
  • Develops technical design documents and provides estimates for the design, build, test, and implementation phases.
  • Conducts regular code reviews to ensure alignment with development standards, providing coaching and mentoring to engineers in scrum teams.
  • Collaborates with scrum teams to prepare configurations for production and assists with updates to program specifications/implementation documentation.
  • Involved in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, reviews test scripts, and aligns with wider testing strategies.
  • Evaluates implementation specifications, escalates issues, and proposes changes.
  • Provides consultation to product owners, driving their requirements to success.
  • Contributes to the technical roadmap and architectural direction based on product roadmaps.
