This role involves managing a team of developers in delivering incident resolution, requests, and enhancements. You will act as the primary escalation point for platform issues and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices (code/no-code). Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices (code/no-code) across the team Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Certifications: ServiceNow CAD & CSA (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and leadership
- Expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or HRSD
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (client/server-side) and Agile/ITIL methodologies
