Job Title: ServiceNow Team Leader

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Specialist to lead our team of developers in delivering high-quality platform services. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM) and proven leadership skills in an Agile environment.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of developers in resolving incidents, fulfilling requests, and implementing enhancements
  • Serving as the primary escalation point for platform issues
  • E nsuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices
  • Conducting peer reviews, sprint planning, and story estimation
  • Demonstrating solutions to stakeholders and business process owners
  • Managing upgrades, clones, and platform maintenance

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certifications: ServiceNow CAD & CSA (Mandatory)

5+ years of ServiceNow development and leadership experience

Expertise in ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, or HRSD

Strong JavaScript (client/server-side) and Agile/ITIL knowledge

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
