Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow professional to administer, configure, and implement ITOM Event Management and alerting systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in delivering tailored ITOM solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Configure, implement, and support ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alert management solutions.
• Administer the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability and optimized performance for ITOM modules.
• Develop and maintain event rules, alert correlation rules, and related workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized ITOM solutions.
• Integrate monitoring tools with ServiceNow Event Management for proactive incident response.
• Perform system configuration, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Event Management and alerting.
• Maintain system documentation and contribute to best practices within the team.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Event Management and alert system implementation.
• Strong administration and configuration skills on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with integrations between monitoring tools and ServiceNow Event Management.
• Good understanding of IT Operations processes and proactive incident management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – mandatory or willing to obtain.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM (preferred).
