ServiceNow Platform Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement technical architecture for ServiceNow platform
• Work with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations
• Mentor teammates on ServiceNow best practices

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration
• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of enterprise processes
• 3+ years experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD)
