As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of HR solutions within our enterprise ServiceNow instance. You will work closely with HR leadership to shape the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery roadmap, guide technical solutioning, and manage development and project resources.

You will ensure that HR solutions are reviewed by relevant architectural boards and that all designs are compliant with CIO SOX controls. You will also help educate, train, and mentor resources throughout the group to better understand and support holistic CIO and HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Ownership: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define, prioritize, and maintain a strategic product roadmap for ServiceNow HRSD.
• Technical Leadership & Architecture: Lead and direct software developers, serve as the technical lead and solution architect for HR-related projects and configurations on ServiceNow.
• Team & Delivery Oversight: Lead and mentor project development teams, drive agile sprint planning and execution across an ongoing program of work focused on HR digital transformation.
• Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the key liaison between HR and the enterprise CIO ServiceNow team, ensure compliance with CIO architecture, data privacy, security, and development standards.
