At Organon, a global leader in Women's Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Specialist to lead our ServiceNow platform architecture.

• Define, guide, and support the execution of ServiceNow technical governance.
• Develop standards and practices for maintaining the ServiceNow architecture.
• Support design and implementation of a platform operating model.
• Provide technical evaluation of demands against ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.

This role can be 100% remotely based, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
