ServiceNow Telecom Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and customizing ServiceNow applications, particularly in telecom-focused areas. Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow modules and scripting languages is required.

This role involves collaborating with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring the quality, performance, and documentation of solutions. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for participating in the full SDLC, including development, testing, deployment, support, and agile ceremonies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly within telecom-focused applications.
• Deep understanding of core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and Asset Management.
• Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, AngularJS) and development tools (Business Rules, Workflows, Flow Designer, Integration Hub).
• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs, with hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems.
• A strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skillset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
