ServiceNow Devloper with Security Clearance

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow developer with security clearance to join our team. As a ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements.

• Create and maintain forms, reports, views, workflows, groups, and roles in ServiceNow.
• Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc).
• Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
• Assist with design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows.
• Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies.

Responsibilities

The qualified candidate shall have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks. They must be able to multitask and self-assign work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills are essential for proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team, including the ability to clearly articulate status and present to both customers and program leadership.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Hold and active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher.
• Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree with 8 – 12 years of relevant experience or master's with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• Experience or familiarity with Agile development and testing methodology.
• Exposure to ServiceNow applications like Telecommunication Management System (TSM), Telecommunications Network Inventory (TNI), Order Management Telecommunications (OMT) modules, etc.
