Lead impactful projects for a global tech leader as an ServiceNow Engagement Manager at Capgemini.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.
  • Lead all phases of programs, from inception through completion, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Establish turning points and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program challenges and securing solutions such as prioritization or contractual adjustments.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure successful implementation.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for program activities, leading review sessions to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Direct the work of employees assigned to the program from technical and administrative areas, ensuring detailed collaboration.
  • Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and participate in the negotiation of contracts and contract changes. Coordinate financial terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Develop new business opportunities or expand the product line with the client in collaboration with Sales and Account Leads.

Required Skills:

  • Validated “full spectrum” leadership abilities.
  • Outstanding ability to establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and lead multiple teams effectively.
  • Experience in IT or cyber security Project and Program Management, with knowledge of Security Operations Center (SOC) environments preferred.
  • Ability to lead multiple teams and ensure program success.
  • Positive relationship and collaboration skills, with a dedication to being a teammate and investing in the success of the team.
  • Business Development experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent training and experience.
  • Cost Account Manager experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules
  • Commercial experience leading complex programs for Fortune 1000 clients
  • Relevant degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.
