ServiceNow Release Analyst

Description:

Our client has an immediate need for a ServiceNow Release Analyst, who will focus on managing release activities across multiple projects and teams, ensuring smooth implementation and deployment of microapps within the Wholesale Banking Application) (WBA).

Must Have Technical Skills:

• ServiceNow
• Confluence
• Jira
• Excel
• Proven experience in Release Management activities

Nice to Have (Flex Skills):

• Tableau
• Dynatrace
• Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage release activities, including TDFs, CRs, communications, and deployment processes across multiple teams and projects within the WBA application
• Facilitate streamlined release processes for microapps that may span multiple projects and crews
• Complete and manage ServiceNow templates for upcoming releases, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Shadow current release activities to gain expertise, gradually taking ownership of paperwork and processes for supported crews
• Collaborate with managers, developers, and other stakeholders to coordinate deployments and microapp movement
• Adapt to a fast-moving monthly cadence, maintaining attention to detail while handling multiple tasks
