Experienced ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Specialist to join our IT operations team. This role will be responsible for implementing and managing ServiceNow ITOM modules, maintaining the CMDB, and ensuring accurate service mapping and infrastructure visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, Cloud Management).
• Build and maintain a robust, accurate CMDB, aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Perform regular infrastructure discovery and CI reconciliation.
• Design and maintain service maps to reflect business services and dependencies.
• Integrate ServiceNow with monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, Dynatrace) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support AIOps initiatives through service health dashboards and event correlation.
• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and compliance through health dashboards and audits.
• Collaborate with ITSM, Security, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.
