ServiceNow Mobile Universal Linking

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to configure Mobile Universal Links.

when user click a specific url clicked or try to open in browser the user should redirected to the correct screens within the ServiceNow mobile app.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and test Mobile Universal Links in ServiceNow.
• Ensure users are redirected seamlessly into the correct mobile app screens.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any deep linking or navigation issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with ServiceNow Mobile App development
• Strong knowledge of GlideRecord scripting.
• Expertise in deep linking / universal linking setup.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow mobile publishing and configuration.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
