Remote ServiceNow Discovery

A ServiceNow Discovery & Development Engineer is needed to implement and troubleshoot ServiceNow Discovery across on-premises and cloud environments. This includes ensuring high-quality CMDB data, supporting development efforts, and enabling automated visibility into infrastructure and applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Configuring MID Servers
• Managing credentials and IP ranges
• Analyzing Discovery patterns and probes for accurate CI population
• Maintaining Discovery schedules Tech Stack:
• Flow Designer
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• REST/SOAP integrations

The ideal candidate will collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to identify gaps and enhance Discovery coverage.
