Senior Software Engineer - ServiceNow Platform

Job Title

A seasoned developer is required to lead our ServiceNow platform team.

• The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on aligning it with our overall strategy.
• Key responsibilities include enforcing engineering and development standards, reviewing demand for fit and alignment to products, and identifying complex features requiring additional due diligence.
• The successful candidate will provide input to and sign off on solution design for complex features, manage code quality control processes, and lead a team of developers assigned to specific ServiceNow products.
• Additional responsibilities include managing and prioritizing multiple tasks and assignments for the team, ensuring enterprise service level agreements are met, and participating in defect, incident, problem, and change review meetings and release activities.
• To be considered for this role, you should have extensive experience in ServiceNow platform development, including infrastructure tool/service designs within technical domains in accordance with architectural governance, standards, and policies.
• Key qualifications include proficiency in leading others in solution development, maintenance of templates, playbooks, and automation used during implementation, and advancing efficient solution delivery practices.
• Prioritizing effective organizational practices, providing exceptional design and engineering expertise, and promoting knowledge sharing across teams are also essential for success in this position.
