Lead ServiceNow Developer Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to guide the development team in solution design and implementation approaches that align to best practices. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines, leading and mentoring a team of developers assigned to specific ServiceNow products, and providing input to and sign off on solution design for complex features. Key Responsibilities

• Contributes to the ServiceNow platform roadmap and strategy
• Develops and maintains the ServiceNow platform in alignment with the strategy
• Enforces platform engineering and development standards
• Reviews and evaluates demand for fit and alignment to products and identifies complex features requiring additional due diligence
• Provides input to and signs off on solution design for complex features
• Manages ServiceNow code quality control processes and routines
• Lects and mentors a team of developers assigned to specific ServiceNow products
