Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow administrator/engineer to join our team. As a senior technical owner and visionary for our ServiceNow instance, you will have a broad scope across multiple high-value modules, including IT service management (ITSM), strategic enterprise modules, and service catalog & automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the ServiceNow platform: Develop and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Enable major asset management initiatives: Implement hardware asset management (HAM) and software asset management (SAM).
  • Orchestrate the IT ecosystem: Use ServiceNow as the central hub to automate and integrate with key operational platforms.
  • Serve as the senior technical expert: Act as the highest point of escalation for complex issues related to ServiceNow and its integrations.

Requirements:

  • Deep ServiceNow expertise: Extensive senior-level experience administering developing and architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Automation & scripting mindset: Proven ability to automate complex processes with strong scripting skills in PowerShell and a solid understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
  • Solid IT foundation: Demonstrable experience in a system administration or engineering role showing you understand how different technology domains connect.
