ServiceNow Software Engineer
The ServiceNow Software Engineer will provide operational support and prioritize stories and projects across ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM Discovery modules. This role requires a strong understanding of workload editor and automation, as well as experience with data structures and API integrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Operational support for ServiceNow applications
- Prioritize stories and projects to ensure timely completion
- Develop and implement automation workflows using the ServiceNow Automation workflow editor and designer
- Build and maintain data structures to support business operations
- Provide reference examples and outcomes of accomplishments in modules such as CMDB and ITOM Discovery Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry
- ServiceNow Development experience
- Familiarity with CMDB and strong ITSM skills
- ITOM knowledge is a plus
- Experience with coding Service Now features or similar platforms
- Experience with Web Services, APIs, Database-level integrations/ETL
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Java etc.) and SaaS environments
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other technologies
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Degree or equivalent in Information Technology and proven experience in technical development roles
