Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow developer to join our team.

• ServiceNow Development:
• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Create high-level architecture and detailed design documents.
• Implementation:
• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and others.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new modules and enhancements.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
• Integration:
• Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems using web services (SOAP/REST), APIs, and other technologies.
• Manage data migration and synchronization between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.
• Performance Optimization:
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS, and a strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.

Responsibilities include maintaining comprehensive documentation of architecture, design, and implementation processes, preparing and presenting technical proposals and reports, and pre-sales & consulting tasks. Additionally, they will need to stay updated on new ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends.
