Bausch Health is a global company that develops, manufactures and markets a diverse portfolio of health care products across multiple high-growth therapeutic areas.

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer who will be an essential member of our Bausch Pharma IT team. This role will focus on continuous improvements and automation for ServiceNow, and have the ability to innovate and learn new skills as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform application configuration, design and development within the ServiceNow platform including ITSM, ITBM, GRC and SecOps.
• Build data integrations and automated orchestration workflows.
• Participate in end-to-end project lifecycle from Initiate phase, design & build, prototype and deployment.
• Understand existing application functionality and document solution design and deployment documents.
• Proven ability in data analysis and design techniques.

Requirements:

• 4+ years working as a ServiceNow developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow applications and related modules.
• Web developer and familiarity with scripting languages including JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS.
• ServiceNow certifications - System Administrator and Implementation Specialist.
• Keen understanding of ITIL framework and industry best practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment, prioritizing deliverables in changing landscape.
