The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing IT service management and IT operations management applications. They should be proficient in ServiceNow Server and Client-side Java Script, with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform.

• Develop and deploy IT service management and IT operations management solutions
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs
• Analyze and provide solution designs for functional requirements
• Design and develop Service Portal pages
• Integrate third-party tools with ServiceNow using web services
• Manage CMDB and ServiceNow Discovery
