ServiceNow Asset Management Developer

Job Description

The PlanIT Group is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Asset Management Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Federal customer project, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing ServiceNow Asset Management modules.

You will leverage your expertise in CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for asset tracking and integration, as well as your proficiency in workflows, reporting, and automation. Additionally, you will design and develop dynamic dashboards with data visualization features such as heat maps, ensuring real-time data synchronization across systems.

As a ServiceNow Asset Management Developer, you will have a strong understanding of database systems, including SQL and non-SQL databases, as well as experience with database integration and querying tools. You will also possess expertise in using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools to connect and process data between systems.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and customize ServiceNow Asset Management modules
• Develop and integrate CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for asset tracking and integration
• Design and develop dynamic dashboards with data visualization features
• Ensure real-time data synchronization across systems
• Develop and implement workflows, reports, and automation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in the applicable field of services
• 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
• Position of Public Trust Clearance
• US citizenship or US permanent residence
• Lived in the United States for the past 5 years
• No more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years (excluding military service)

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with database integration and querying tools
• Expertise in using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools
• Strong knowledge of database systems, including SQL and non-SQL databases
