About the Role
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our support team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing our ServiceNow platform. This role involves troubleshooting, implementing enhancements, and optimizing core ITSM modules, Workspaces, and the App Engine. Key Responsibilities:
- Support & Bug Fixing: Address platform issues, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure system stability across ITSM modules, Workspaces, and App Engine.
- Enhancement Backlog Management: Work on a structured backlog of enhancement requests, implementing scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Workspace Implementation: Optimize and expand ServiceNow Workspaces, ensuring all functionality is efficiently available via this interface.
- CMDB, HAM, and SAM Optimization: Maintain and enhance Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Asset Management capabilities for improved visibility and compliance.
- Dashboard & Reporting Development: Create and refine ServiceNow dashboards to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaboration & Best Practices: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow solutions with business needs, ensuring adherence to industry best practices. Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with hands-on expertise in ITSM, App Engine, and Workspaces.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB, HAM, and SAM within the ServiceNow platform.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and bug fixing within a large-scale ServiceNow implementation.
- Proficiency in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub) to develop custom solutions.
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools in ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support environment.
