ServiceNow Developer Job Description

Our ideal candidate is a skilled ServiceNow developer with expertise in developing, customizing, and managing various aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hands-on development within the ServiceNow platform, including client scripts, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, data policies script includes, catalog items, portal widgets, UI pages, event and alert rules.
• Ensure ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified System Developer (CSD) certifications.
• Enforce platform engineering and development standards.
• Gain a good understanding of Shopping Hub and Source to pay common architecture modules.
• Manage out-of-the-box functionality and perform necessary enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Develop, customize, and manage forms and fields using ServiceNow scripting modules such as Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Business Rules.
• Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or other APIs.
• Scripted Rest APIs, REST Messages and Data Exports sets.
• Understand MID Servers.
• Create and configure Notifications, UI pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, Formatters, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Catalog Items, Re ServiceNow.
• Notifications, Scheduled Jobs.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
