Job Title: Technology Consultant

We are looking for an experienced professional to fill the role of ServiceNow Architect. As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will engage with clients to understand their business objectives and recommend optimal ServiceNow configurations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects and possess expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow modules and workflows. They should be skilled in creating technical blueprints for ServiceNow implementations and have excellent communication skills.

You will analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for ServiceNow adoption. You will also develop and present proposals for ServiceNow solutions, highlighting the benefits and ROI.

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will lead technical teams, configure ServiceNow modules and workflows, and ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.

You will participate in sales pitches and presentations, collaborate with product vendors and partners, and develop internal best practices and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Service Desk, and IT Operations Management (ITOM). They should be passionate about Servant Leadership and have a strong track record of success in delivering ServiceNow solutions.
